Geviti Review: My First Month with This Personalized Health Program
Updated October 2025
The last couple of years my health has been all over the place. As someone who has been blessed with good health for most of my life, I felt blindsided. I heard about Geviti and decided bloodwork and quality advice is needed. In my Geviti review, I’ll go over why I chose Geviti, the onboarding process, my experience with the first month of supplements and if I think it’s been worth the cost thus far.
Before we get started, this post is based on my personal experience and is not intended as medical advice. Please consult a healthcare professional before making changes to your health routine.

Why I Chose Geviti
Quick Backstory
I’ve never been a fan of traditional medicine in the USA. Generally, I have always preferred a more natural and holistic approach. Over the years, my habits became healthier and healthier, or so I thought. My partial vegetarian diet and my low to no impact workouts caught up with me. I broke two bones in two years and I knew things had to change.
I began eating more protein and lifting weights. Both positive changes and in some ways I saw the benefits of those changes. My hair and nails grew stronger! My hair especially grew thicker and stronger! It’s more than I’m used to having!
Despite positive changes, I couldn’t figure out what was going on. My hormones were off, I started gaining weight and I couldn’t do intense workouts without major fatigue following. As someone who grew up playing soccer, this was far from where I used to be. This went on for a couple years and eventually I heard about Geviti.
So Why Geviti
There are other companies that will review numerous biomarkers, but Geviti came across my path at the right time. I heard the founder of the company discuss why he started it. His father was a generally healthy person, but never had his blood checked. He said, he was good from the outside, but never looked under the hood, so to speak. This really resonated with me!
I knew it was time I looked under the hood. As I listened to the founder talk, I realized this company aligned with many of my values. They take a more natural approach, though medication isn’t demonized when it makes sense. And the best part, it’s customized to my results!
I liked that someone would come to my house for the bloodwork. I’m looking out for my mum since she had a stroke, so that perk makes it easier for me. And I love that they take a more natural and holistic approach, which is best for me as I would rather change my diet and lifestyle than go on medication. With that in mind, I decided it was time for some answers about my health and Geviti was worth trying!
Geviti Onboarding Process: What to Expect
Discount Codes
It was several weeks after hearing the podcast episode that I finally decided to sign up for Geviti. I used the podcaster’s code, and it allowed me to skip the line! However, I don’t think there’s a line currently and you can use SaltySarah100 for $100 off!

I chose to sign up for a year, but you have the option for semi annual or annual. Just make note that the price shows monthly, but will be billed every 6 months or yearly, whichever you choose at checkout.
Signup and Bloodwork
The signup and payment portion is easy and straightforward. I chose the year option as I wanted to commit and really see a change! Once accepted, I filled out a form, providing some basic information. The most tedious part is writing out my list of supplements and doses for each. Once accepted, I was directed to schedule the bloodwork. I chose the option to have the bloodwork done at home, but you can opt to make an appointment at a participating lab in your area.
Once I set the appointment for my bloodwork, I received a message with all the instructions and recommendations surrounding my bloodwork appointment. The instructions included not taking any supplements for 72 hours prior to the appointment unless medically necessary. It was also recommended not to workout within 12 hours of the appointment and ensure you are fasted for 12 hours. No caffeine or coffee prior to the bloodwork, but drinking water is recommended to stay hydrated!
I joined Geviti on May 28th and was able to get my bloodwork scheduled for June 2nd! Should something have come up, I could have rescheduled it up to 24 hours before. If cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged.
Overall, the whole process was smooth, quick and easy! The phlebotomist was very efficient and professional. I was given a two hour window, and I received a text when she was on the way. She arrived, drew my blood and left within 15 minutes! The whole process was painless!

Bloodwork Results
Overall Results
My blood was drawn on June 2nd and by June 7th, the results appeared on the Geviti app. I like that the app immediately showed me my biological age and made it clear on what areas are a concern! While I was happy to see my biological age is 4.8 years younger than my actual age, I had two areas that showed up as 100% on the probability of dysfunction scale. There is also an overall score out of 100, and mine wasn’t great.
The results are very easy to read, though I don’t have the education to make full sense of it. Of course, this is why you work with Geviti professionals. I like that the results include the actual number and then you see a scale showing low, below optimal, optimal, above optimal and high! I loved this because it’s not black and white and you can make a plan to get to optimal for each biomarker.
Dysfunctions and Deficiencies
The test result also explains the functional body systems and discusses their probability of dysfunction. Mine went into further detail on the systems that are 50% or higher probability of dysfunction. Similarly reported are the individual nutrient deficiencies, which break down what vitamins and nutrients you are likely deficient in. DHEA and vitamin D were my highest two in regards to deficiency. The Vitamin D surprised me since I’m not someone who avoids the sun and I live in Florida, which has plenty of sunshine.
Dial In
I love that you can really dial in on various areas. One example I have is regarding electrolytes, something I’ve been working on! LMNT electrolytes has been a game changer for me, because I sweat a lot, especially during the summer in Florida! Well, the test results were interesting because it showed my sodium and stomach acid was high and everything else was optimal.
This result tracked with the day before this test as I was working outside in the yard and did a lot of sweating! To replenish, I had two LMNT packets, but didn’t drink enough plain water before and after the electrolytes. I appreciate the bloodwork showed my electrolytes weren’t bad, but I need to ensure I’m drinking enough water in addition to the electrolytes. A small tweak is all I need there and it’s something I should be aware of on extra sweaty days.

Video Appointment
Scheduling my appointment to review my results was easy, but I didn’t expect the opportunity to choose the professional on the care team. I’m not sure if this option will always be there, but I had the opportunity to choose and my selection was someone with expertise on female hormones.
Thankfully, I didn’t have to sit with the results for too long, before meeting with a Geviti professional! The video call was great! She reviewed the results, offered insights, and tweaked my diet and habits as needed. I appreciated that I was heard and that the supplements and suggestions were tailored to me!
She also explained that they keep the supplements as individual vitamins and nutrients as opposed to a multi-vitamin so they are easier to tweak or adjust based on my needs. As a result, I was asked to stop taking my current supplements and focus on the ones provided.
Overall, the first meeting was very thorough! I’m not sure what my next meeting will be like, but I imagine we’ll review the changes I’ve implemented and go from there. I have the option to meet monthly or every couple of months and I’m going with the latter. In the meantime, she has been very responsive with any questions I have through the messaging area of the app.

Ordering Supplements
After the video, the care plan document was available on the app, so I could easily reference everything we discussed. In addition, it listed any medications suggested and each of the supplements that would be in the AM and PM packets.
The medications weren’t bad (one was for my thyroid and the other was HRT), but I wanted to stay natural and see how it goes. However, I do appreciate they offer suggestions. I chose to only order supplements and you can do so for one or two month’s worth at a time. I opted for the monthly option, but the shipping cost of $11.95 has to be paid each order, so combining will save a little money.
While the cost of the supplements or medications will vary based on your needs, the prices are fair. I googled some of the ones assigned to me and the prices were either slightly better or on par. The price I’m paying for supplements is more than before I joined Geviti, but I’m taking more in total and they are better quality in some cases. One example is the Vitamin B I’m taking with Geviti is better quality than the Costco one I bought.
First Month Taking My Longeviti Blend
When I stopped taking my supplements for the 72 hours prior to the bloodwork, I noticed a big difference! It was kind of cool to see the supplements I had been taking were having a positive impact. Overall, I found the supplements from Geviti were positive as well. I’m only four weeks in, so I can’t fully comment on how much better they are just yet.

Early Wins and Challenges
In the six months leading up to Geviti, I was feeling better overall. I was walking and lifting weights only and really put aside the more intense workouts. I also increased my fiber intake and was finally noticing my measurements going down (I don’t weigh myself). Even with these successes, I knew I needed more help.
Challenges
Lack of Full Recovery
The day before my video meeting to review my bloodwork, I did a crossfit style HIIT workout. Now I had only been walking and lifting since January, but I was feeling good and thought I’d see how I can do. Well, I actually got through the workout! However, in the days following my body just didn’t recover properly. I never had enough energy to do a second weight training workout that week.
The following week I spent 5 days in Banff with my siblings. Only seconds in to our first hike and my heart rate spiked! This is not normal for me, but I also knew we were climbing and at a higher elevation than Florida’s sea level. Regardless, my heart rate stayed super elevated and my breathing was labored. I knew this was more than just being out of shape or at a high elevation.
The same thing happened on the second hike! In both cases, I made it but my body’s reaction wasn’t normal. Thankfully, I made sure to eat and replenish my electrolytes which helped! I also took my new Geviti supplements which aided in my recovery as well! Overall, I did okay but I wasn’t thriving.
Cutting Out Gluten
Once I got home from Banff, I decided to cut out gluten, which was recommended. I didn’t eat much gluten in normal life, but was advised to change up my breakfast from protein pancakes to a more savory breakfast.
I knew my body wasn’t ready for me to jump back into training, so I just did some walks when I got home. However, once I cut the gluten out of my breakfast, it exposed how much coffee bothers my gut! It was so acidic in my stomach I felt uncomfortable for a whole day. Thinking back, I could remember other times I had two coffees or an afternoon coffee and how I would sometimes feel worse! This wasn’t obvious like an allergic reaction would be, but I now knew coffee had to go.
My Body Crashed
Once I cut coffee, it took about a day and my body crashed! There had been a day sprinkled here and there throughout the last several years where I’d have zero energy, so I was familiar with this experience. However, this time was brutal! For five days I had no energy. I would sleep on my couch all day, only getting up to use the bathroom or eat and my Garmin watch would tell me I had a stressful day!
I have also been monitoring various health metrics with my Garmin Vivoactive 5 watch and one was my HRV (heart rate variability). Well, during these five days, my HRV plummeted 40 points! My nervous system was clearly unhappy. Then I felt as if I had a fever, but when I took my temperature, it was lower than 98 degrees! This only confirmed it was related to my thyroid.
I messaged my care team professional at Geviti and she responded with such a thorough and helpful response! I wish I had messaged sooner actually. She gave me encouragement and practical advice on ways to calm my nervous system and supplements or teas to help heal my gut.
On the Mend
I’m finally on the other side of that week, but I’m easing back into workouts. I started with walking and rebounding, and some yard work! As my body was handling that well and my HRV was slowly starting to improve, I’ve added two easy weight training days. Eventually, I’ll increase my walking and weights volume, but for now I’m keeping it at a level that feels easy.
My second month of Geviti supplements have arrived and I’m excited to see how this month goes. I’m certainly more aware of my body and willing to make changes, especially to never feel that low energy crash again!
So far, just gluten and coffee have been removed. I’m still trying to settle into a breakfast routine that works well for me, but I’m slowly getting there. There may be more foods that slightly aggravate me and I’m trying to sort that out, but I’m only one month in and already learning a lot!

Is Geviti Worth It?
Ultimately, only you can decide if Geviti is worth it for you. I’m also only a month in, so I’ll revisit this question in a year. However, I can say that so far it has been worth it for me!
Doctor vs Geviti
Geviti does not replace your doctor, rather they are more like a coach helping you on your journey and offering advice tailored to you based on your biomarkers! Their professionals are medically trained (not doctors though) and are very helpful through the process.
Who Will Most Benefit from Geviti
If you are taking the reins of your own health, whether you see a doctor regularly or not, then Geviti is for you! Ultimately, it’s my responsibility to learn as much as I can and make necessary changes. Geviti is helping me do that by getting my biomarkers and offering coaching tailored to me and my results.
I am ultimately the best advocate for my own health
I messaged my Geviti care team professional about doing a parasite cleanse. It seems to be all the rage right now, but she advised it’s hard on the gut and I should do a test to even see if I have a parasite. I agreed I should wait until my gut was in a healthier place, but didn’t know if I wanted to spend $400 on a test. She understood and said, “You’re in the driver’s seat here, so I’m happy to support you in whichever direction you choose to go.” I have since done more research and agree with her views of the test first, but I appreciate the support and knowing that I am ultimately the best advocate for my own health.
Who Geviti Might Not Be Right For
If you’re looking for a quick fix, Geviti might not be for you. When you sign up for Geviti, it’s not about medications to fix your symptoms. Rather it’s about lifestyle changes to get to the root of the issues. This will take time, effort, and strategy!
If you’d rather manage symptoms and continue living and eating the way you are now, then Geviti is probably not worth the investment at this season of your life. This is best for people who want to start or have already been on a health journey. Of course, there are times in our lives when we don’t have the mental space or time, but Geviti is an investment you want to make when you have a little margin in your life. Geviti will offer personalized advice so you are more empowered to make changes that will move you in the direction of wellness and longevity.

Geviti Review Final Thoughts | What’s Next for Me
It’s funny how easily we take things for granted. I never thought I’d experience a time in life where intense workouts weren’t possible, or there would be days with such low energy! While I had this amazing privilege of traveling to Fiji solo, and even got to do a bull shark dive, I felt so exhausted on the way to Fiji. Once I got a good sleep, I felt great the rest of the trip, only to get sick soon after I came home. In hindsight, I realized I was not eating enough, though I thought I was.
I didn’t know what was going on then, but I am glad I have more answers now. The hikes in Banff were much harder on me than they should have been, but I’m hopeful of the future. I want to be able to do anything I want, whether that is surfing lessons in Barbados (my birthplace) or hiking in Patagonia (a dream trip), I don’t want my health to be the reason I can’t do something or travel somewhere.
It may take some time, but I’m glad I have real data about my biomarkers and professional advice to help me achieve my goals. I hope this Geviti review was helpful in deciding if they are right for you!
