Even before my love for travel emerged, I loved being outside! Whether climbing trees, riding my bike or playing soccer, I loved being active. But as I’ve gotten older, I’ve started to understand just how important a healthy lifestyle really is. A couple of broken bones opened my eyes to how much muscle I’d lost—and how that impacted everything from recovery to energy. I used to think I was healthy, but now I’m on a mission to be the healthiest version of myself, even while navigating the chaos of female hormones. This is the space for my imperfect quest to get stronger, feel better, and live fully.
